Through extensive experience with multinationals, not-for-profits, SMEs and start ups, we have observed that leadership is the root
cause of organisational outcomes. Unfortunately, limiting ideas relating to leadership continue to act as a severe
constraint for most.
Given our success as leaders and passion for
leadership, to fill this need we created Great Leadership and its two subsidiaries:
